The Site is owned and operated by Tankard Family Endowment Foundation (“Foundation,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), which provides resident-facing services under the operating name Fortune Group Real Estate Property Management (“DBA”).

By accessing or using this Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not access or use the Site.

1. Purpose of the Site

The Site provides residents and prospective applicants with access to property information, online rent payment tools, maintenance request submission, and general communication resources. While the DBA manages resident services, all legal ownership and administration of the Site is held by Tankard Family Endowment Foundation.

The Site may link to third-party platforms such as RentRedi for payments, maintenance, and communication. Those platforms operate independently and maintain their own terms and policies.

2. Eligibility

To use this Site, you must:

Be legally able to enter into binding agreements;

Access the Site only for lawful and residential-service purposes.
